Dumbbell One Arm Upright Row

Tips:

Preparation:
Grasp dumbbells with palms facing the front of your thighs. Position your other hand for support.

Execution:
Pull dumbbell to the front of shoulder with your elbow leading. Allow the wrist to flex as the dumbbell rises upward. Lower and repeat.
